The information, coaching, programs, materials, and services provided by Peace & Freedom 8 Week Program and Healing Work Coaching Programs (collectively, the "Services") are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
The Services are NOT:

At Peace & Freedom 8 Week Program and Healing Work Coaching Programs, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and transformational content. Because our programs deliver significant value immediately upon enrollment — including access to proprietary materials, curriculum, and coaching — please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.
By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
All sales are considered final. Due to the digital, personalized, and time-sensitive nature of our coaching programs and materials, refunds are limited as described below.
While all sales are generally final, we understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, and may be offered as:
A partial refund
A credit toward a future program
A pause in Program access to be resumed at a later date
To request consideration, please email [email protected] within (7) days of enrollment with a detailed explanation of your circumstances.
If you enrolled on a payment plan, you remain fully responsible for the entire Program fee, regardless of whether you complete the Program, attend sessions, or use the materials. Cancellation of a payment plan does not release you from remaining balances.
Missed or failed payments may result in:
Suspension of Program access
Late fees of $45 per occurrence
Referral to a collections agency
Reporting to credit bureaus
Legal action to recover unpaid amounts
The following are always non-refundable, regardless of any policy option above:
Digital downloads, workbooks, or materials that have been accessed
Coaching sessions that have been attended (in whole or in part)
Group program participation after the program has begun
Deposits or booking fees
Program transfer fees
Third-party fees (payment processing, platform, etc.)
If your program includes a refund window, submit your request as follows:

Include: Full name, email used at enrollment, program enrolled in, date of enrollment, reason for request, and any supporting documentation.
Requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days if approved.
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Before initiating a credit card dispute, please contact us at [email protected] to resolve the issue directly.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us is a breach of your agreement, and we reserve the right to:
Dispute the chargeback with documentation
Suspend or terminate your access to the Program
Pursue legal action to recover the full amount owed
Recover related fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs
You may terminate your enrollment at any time by written notice. However, unless expressly covered by an active refund window above, no refunds will be issued, and you remain responsible for any outstanding balance under a payment plan.
If we terminate your participation for reasons including but not limited to violation of Program rules, disrespectful behavior, non-payment, or breach of any agreement, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining balance under a payment plan remains due and owing.
If we terminate for reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g., program discontinuation), a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Enrollments completed before the change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of enrollment.
